Rodrigo did a fantastic job and resolve my plumbing problems in no time. He was very organized and knowledgeable on the task. He carefully explained what was the problem and demonstrated what he is going to do. He left the place clean, nice and neat. Highly recommended.

False advertising!They did not want to honor the $49 kitchen sink unclogged special. They told me they wouldn’t have an appointment for three weeks till March 19. Today is February 28. I First called yesterday and they told me I would get a call back shortly. I never heard from them. I called numerous more times and the excuses got more ridiculous once I told them I would like the $49 special. What kind of plumbing company doesn’t have an appointment for three weeks for a simple Unclogging of the kitchen drain.

Normally, I usually use Thumbtack when I am looking for home repairs. But this time I used Google and I am glad I did because after the trauma of knowing that dreadful day all homeowners fear. It was time to replace under house plumbing. And the became further traumatized by finding out I would replace the pipes all the way to the street. So I was fortunate that I chose Rooter Man. When Harry N arrived he was polite and intently listened to my problem. When his rooter machine could go no further. He told me the risks of going further. And explained the risks of going further and damaging the rooter. He told me that his supervisor Sam K was coming to survey the damage and what the probable options would be. Once the work was started Harry would inform me of what the state of the pipes they were removing were in and how they were progressing. He made sure to let me know when I could or could not use the plumbing. As the work progressed he made sure I was aware of how much longer the job would take to complete without any. problems. And was especially impressed when he asked if they could work later into the night. Which I was appreciative of because the sooner work was done the other better. Because plumbing disruptions are a big inconvenience to everyday life. When Sam K offered to replace my old toilet and install a new faucet in my old leaky one. How could I refuse. Harry installed my new toilet and faucet and did an outstanding job! Because when he was done. He cleaned the sink and bathroom and it looked like new! Which I am very appreciative of. When the job was completed Harry walked me through how he and others cleaned up my yard back to the way it was when they started. So thanks Rooter Man for providing me with such a thoughtful and polite worker in Harry K. 🙏 And one last note. When Sam K informed me the costs of the projects I was staggered at the sum. But not surprised because I had a friend who paid more than I did to replace the to-the-street pipes. So I highly recommend Rooter Man for your plumbing needs, and or emergencies. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Also, I have attached photos showing the first hole from my cleanout to the corner of my front yard. And the last two photos which showed how Rooter Man cleaned up my yard after all the digging and tubing. Very impressive and professional.

Unlike Roto-Rooter who tried a bait and switch on me today, Rooter Man told me prices up-front, showed up in about an hour and got the job (a little more complicated than expected) in 30 minutes. My tech was smart, capable and very respectful. Five-stars well earned.

Excellent & professional service from all the staff that helped me. Great teamwork. Each step of the process was carefully explained and was able to view the pipe condition in the camera. Have 77 year old cast iron pipes under a slab that they were able to clean, descale and install a liner to rejuvenate them, plus a lot of work and cleaning to the septic system that involved a lot of hand digging. Thanks to all the staff that worked on my project. All were polite, efficient and made this project less stressful than it might have been.

Rooter Man's plumber came out and spent 9 minutes "trying" to snake the line and then tried to tell me I had to have it hydro jetted for $850. Instead my friend lent me a 100' snake and I had the job done in 30 minutes.

Jacob and Joshua were the nicest, friendliest guys I've ever had in my home to do work. They showed up on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently and the price was great, even without the discounted pricing ( my drain is not easily accessible). By the time they left my kitchen sink was running beautifully and I feel like I've found my plumbers for life, as well as new friends. Thank you Jacob and Josh for being awesome, trustworthy people. I'm almost looking forward to my next plumbing issue!
